Vtg Harvard College No Men Allowed Women student sorority Pennant Photo Postcard

This vintage photo postcard shows a group of 10 young women (students / sorority ?) with Harvard University & Toronto ? pennants hanging behind them.  There is a sign that reads "NO MEN ALLOWED".  Some of the ladies appear to have costumes on.  Rope cord is shown...possibly a play?
Postcard measures 3 3/8" x 5 3/8"...photo measures 2 1/2" x 4 1/2"...NO date or writing on back.
Shows some surface dirtying, spotting, wear to corners and edges and a 1/2" crack to the top layer of postcard located at the bottom edge...it is not a complete tear.
