Vintage Rare Solid Lead Commie Joseph Stalin

This is an odd rare one I picked up in France many years ago.
It is a solid lead Joseph Stalin. Guessing it is from the 1960's.  Even with a piece of its base missing, it still is a highly collectable piece ( see last photo). Stands 2 1/2 inches tall.

Since I am a collector, I understand that the buyer wants to have it safely packed while sent at reasonable cost. I combine shipping of course. I usually ship toy soldiers in a reinforced USPS supplied small box and often can safely fit several soldiers in it.
