Vintage Midcentury Lane Acclaim Series Coffee Wood Table USA 1960s Surfboard

Up for auction is a Lane coffee table from their Acclaimed Series. This Surfboard table was designed by Andre Bus and was made around 1963. It has had some restoration and turned out really nicely. I stripped, sanded the top, and re-stained the entire table. The top has two layers of semi-gloss polyurethane. It features extensive dovetail designs in contrasting wood tone from the rest of the table. Dimensions are 18ʺW × 69ʺD × 13.5ʺH. There are some imperfections, light scratches, two small repairs, and a few tiny white paint scuffs on the side. Table is stamped Lane on the underside and we believe it is walnut. This would make a stunning addition to anyone’s home.
