Vintage GTE Sylvania 8 Track Stereo Tape Recorder & Deck - Model ET-3752

Vintage GTE Sylvania 8 Track Stereo Tape Recorder & Deck - Model ET-3752.
The old belt broke and turned to a gooey mess. I replaced the belt and it plays 8 tracks tapes. Program lights #1 and #2 work every time. Program light #3 is intermittent. Program light #4 and UV lights have never powered on. I have not tested the record function but it played 8 track tapes in my Hi-Fi system without issues after the belt replacement. Including the 8 track tape "Greatest Love Songs of the 60s".
