BATMAN METAL LUNCHBOX
from Aladdin Industries 1966.
This very rare R-6 rare box was based on the 60’s TV series of the same name.
However, it appears closer to the spirit of Bob Kane’s 1939 DC comic book character than the camp TV series that had Hollywood stars lining up to be guest villains.

– this kit captures the Batman and Robin along with the Batmobile in the Batcave - taking on Gotham’s criminals, including The Joker, Riddler and Penguin.
Unusual wraparound rim panels with various scenes inside the Batcave.
Another beauty from Elmer using great color, action and design.
Classic 60’s TV – DC comic superhero collectible and a must-have for the Caped Crusader fan!
Condition: Lunchbox is complete and correct (including original thermos holder).  Box lithos are clean and glossy throughout with no blemishes to the raised areas on the front panel so typical of these 60s vintage boxes (especially those mostly carried by boys) - with some light blemishes on back panel.  General rim wear - with one tiny corner dimple on the upper right of front panel.  Inside is also clean overall with some light rubbings in thermos area - with no previous owner markings.  Box in overall Excellent C-8 condition.
