Victorian or Deco Brass Canopy & Hanging Apparatus for a Lighting Bowl or...?

If you’ve got a large lighting bowl or something of another configuration that needs a hanging apparatus, here it is!
This is a marriage, to be sure – a French bronze or brass canopy and three (possibly) American bronze or bronze-patinated brass rods of a fabulously decorative nature.
The canopy measures 4 ¾ across at the top, and 10 ½ inches top-to-bottom of the finial.  The overall measurement with the rods attached, as shown, is 35 inches.
Please take into consideration that for personal reasons I can't ship this item until the end of the first week of October 2019.
