    EAGLE participated in an OPSAIL-type event at San Juan
    commemorating the 600th anniversary of Columbus's 'discovery' of the New World in 1492 .
    This patch was introduced in 1992.
    It is a new, small size 3" wide and 3" tall color patch.
    It is computer sewn, 60% embroidered on white cloth, with blue merrowing
    and an unsealed (sew-on only), sewn-thru paper, back.
