    Unusual Antique Curved Hat Brush. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. This top hat brush is almost a foot long. My 93 year old mother says that it was for brushing top hats clean. I do not know what the handle is It looks like wood on the bristle side and some sort of metal on the other- a magnet does not stick. The bristles are very soft and there is a hanging ring on the handle.
