User-Friendly Tips 1.Always use the scale on a flat level hard solid surface, stand on the central area, and try to keep as still as possible during weighing. 2.Please re-calibrate the scale after moving or shifting it or replacing the batteries. 3.Step onto the weighing platform gently. 4.It's advisable to weigh yourself at the same time of the day so that consistent measurements are taken. 5.Measurements could be misleading if taken immediately after exercise, dieting, or in a dehydration condition. 6.Do not use it on wet and slippery floors, do not stand on at the edge of scale to avoid any falling down. 7.The scale is for family use only. It's not suggested to use it as medical equipment. 8.Weight units can be changed from the pound (lb) to kilogram (kg) by the mobile app. The height unit will also change from the meter (m) to inch (in) accordingly. How to get started with a digital bathroom scale? 1. Search and download Feelfit App in App Store or Google Play. 2. Turn on the Bluetooth (Location permission required for Android) of your phone and start the app. 3. Tap '+' at the upper right corner and choose 'Device management' on the 'measurements' page. It will ask you to step on the scale to turn it on, find and tap the device named ‘CS20M3’ on the pairing page. 4. Keep standing on the digital scale for 5-10s, then you can find your weight shows on both the scale and your mobile app. Calibrate to "CAL" Step in with one foot until the LED screen lights up Wait for "CAL" to appear on the screen When "0.00" is displayed later, the scale is calibrated Correct Position: Remain standing evenly on the scale without moving or shifting.
