No question, Leone is one of the top-tier directors that ever worked in cinema. Basically, he invented his own genre of film: The Spaghetti Western. This 1968 outing is one of his very best efforts, right up there with "The Good the Bad and the Ugly" and " A Fist Full of Dollars."
