    MSST 91107 Honolulu provides port and waterfront law enforcement in area harbors.
    This patch was introduced in 2007.
    It is a new, medium size 4" wide and 4" tall jungle green subdued patch.
    It is based on the general design, but has the number 91107 added to the shield in light olive.
    This didn't work well, so it was changed to black in the next batch.
    It is computer sewn, 100% embroidered, with a laser cut edge and a clean, plastic sealed back.
