    MSST 91107 Honolulu provides port safety and security law enforcement for Hawaiian ports and harbors.
    This patch was introduced in 2009.
    It is a new, medium size 4" wide and 4" tall subdued desert patch with tan '91107' numbers in the shield.
    Earlier, these numbers were black. They were changed to tan for greater contrast and visibility.
    It is computer sewn, 100% embroidered, with a laser cut edge and a sealed back.
