    Description

    This sweet pendant lamp design by Lisa Johansson-Pape is from the very birth of what we think of as Mid Century Modern, 1947.  Johansson-Pape was trained as a furniture designer, but switched for practical reasons to lighting design for Stockmann-Orno during the War, eventually came to love lighting, and ultimately won many awards such as the Milan Triennale 1951 Silver and 1954 Gold. Named for the designer, "Lisa 450" is the larger of two pendants in the series, both of which are available in white or silver finished aluminum or real solid brass and incorporate her trademark delicate perforations that broadcast a subtle secondary light.  Measurements of "Lisa 450" are 17.5" diameter X 10" high, the lamp takes standard E26/E27 bulbs and comes with 55" cord and ceiling mounting.  Please see separate listings for other options.  International shipping is available by USPS Priority Mail International.
