SHIPPING AGREEMENT:
Headboard will be shipped freight by the seller and will be blanket wrapped. Shipping time will take approximately 3-6 weeks after payment depending upon your location and the size/weight of your item. Buyer agrees to No Returns.  If you want to send your own shipper to pickup your item I will meet them. Item is located in Nashville, Tennessee and free local pickup is available and I am willing to store for an agreed upon period of time after payment. If you plan on picking up your item or sending your own shipper, please do not pay until I adjust the final invoice by deducting the flat rate freight cost. If you live within 100 miles +/- of Nashville, please contact me for a reduced shipping price before buying. Thank you.
Sleek mid century headboard designed by Jack Cartwright for Founders.  Beautiful caned panels with medium walnut colored hardwoods.  Headboard only ~ size is full/double.  One previous owner.
Condition: Excellent with minor wear consistent with age and use.

No returns except under the following conditions

If item was truly misrepresented in the listing.
If this has occurred, please contact us immediately through Ebay email.  Please do not leave any feedback until we rectify the situation and make it right.  Buyer agrees to contact us within 3 days of receipt of item.  If misrepresented, Buyer agrees to ship back  item{s} using the same shipper, box and packing materials at Buyer's cost.  Item must be returned to the  Seller in the same condition as received by the Buyer.  Upon receipt of returned item, Seller will reimburse the Buyer for original invoice amount plus the return shipping cost.
2.
Item was damaged during shipping.
Please do not accept any package from the shipper if package    appears to be abused or severely damaged.  If questionable, try to open package with the shipper present.  In all other cases, please contact us immediately and keep the original packaging and the damaged item  {and take photos if possible}.
