    Description

    Generally very good condition (paint loss consistent with age. A scarce 54mm Hollowcast lead figure of the type made by the German firms to compete with Britains figures. The figures are frequently of British subjects and were imported into England. Gebruder Heinrich made some of the finest examples still in existence and this is no exception. Produced Circa 1890s
    Whether this figure was a copy of the Britains plug-armed lancer, or Vice versa, is impossible to know.
