Full, unused and unstruck 1940's vintage front-strike matchbook in near mint condition from the famous Golden Nugget Gambling Hall located at 129 Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. This rare 28 strike matchbook was manufactured by the Universal Match Corporation in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is very collectible and will display well.
Los Angeles businessman Guy MacAffee opened the Golden Nugget Gambling Hall, Saloon and Restaurant in 1946 and today it is the largest casino in the downtown area, with a total of 2,345 deluxe guest rooms and suites. The property is owned and operated by Landry's Restaurants.
