EZGO Battery Hold Down Kit TxT Medalist Golf Carts 1994 and Up
This kit is designed for all EZGO golf carts operating on a 36 volt system 1994 and up model years... Popular models include the Medalist and TxT. This kit is required to keep those precious batteries from moving around in the battery tray.
Kit Includes:
1x - Ezgo Golf Cart Battery Hold Down Plate
2x - Battery Hold Down Rods
2x - Lock Nuts
Pete's Quick Tips -
If you own an older golf cart. Once you replace the batteries check the battery tray for corrosion and replace the battery tray or hold down system to maintain solid mounting locations for your golf cart batteries. You do not want your batteries moving around in your golf cart because eventually the wiggle and jiggle will wear through the batteries plastic casing and cause you to replace a battery or two way before their time. Surface rust and crap tend to build up in this area causing installation of new batteries to be more difficult. Will also lead to corrosion. Using a small wire brush, flat scraper and a hose or pressure washer to clean area prior to new battery install is recommended.
