    This program uses Reservists at Barrow to assist in Coast Guard missions in the Arctic.
    This design was introduced in summer 2016.
    This design was developed and ordered into production, then cancelled.
    So, this has become an unofficial, novelty patch for the program.
    It is a new, large size 5" wide and 5" tall color patch.
    It is computer sewn, 100% embroidered, with a laser cut edge and a heatseal (iron-on) sealed back.
    A rebate is given for a purchase of five or more patches from this lot paid in one payment.
