THERE ARE CHIPS AT THE BASE AS SHOWN AND A REPAIRED SPOUT AND TWO FINE LINE SCRATCHES ON THE HAND PAINTED AREA AS SHOWN. THERE IS NO MAKER MARK OR SIGNATURE ON THE PAINTING THAT I CAN FIND.
