Please, do not ask what lens this adapter fits, because we really do not know that. All we know it is rear anamorphic adapter and it is 35mm format adapter. Probably taken from old Cooke or Angenieux zoom lens. Remember, we sell this adapter AS iS, with no warranty or returns.

EXCELLENT
there's NO deep scratches, deep 'cleaning marks', cracks or any other serious damages on glasses; there's NO fungus, fog, separations, haze or any other serious damages inside optical construction; some MICRO marks/spots on glasses MC's; few MICRO 'cleaning marks' on glasses coatings and inside optical condition; some MICRO pieces of dust inside; all those issues are nothing and You won't find them on movie material for sure; generally glasses are in really nice condition for their age
MECHANICALLY:

it has no mechanical parts; we also do not know if it is mechanically complete; PL mount fit PL mounted camera; anamorphic part can be moved up and down to calibrate it; it has five screw holes (no screws included); generally in full working condition for sure
VISUALLY:
EXCELLENT
it has NORMAL signs of use on it's body as You can see on real pictures below description; no damages, just normal marks on casing and mount parts; generally in really good visual condition
