This truck runs and drives well. The Cummins 8.3L turbo diesel engine starts right up, sounds good and known for its reliability. The Allison automatic transmission shifts through all gears as it should. The Altec TA41M 41' platform height / 46' working height bucket unit operates as it should at both control stations (upper bucket control & lower station). The jib functions as it should. The boom runs off of a hydraulic PTO which has an in cab switch to turn it on. Strobe and work lights throughout the truck.
The functionality of the bucket is smooth and stable. The exterior is in good condition with minor cosmetic flaws to be expected for the year and miles on the truck. The utility box is overall in good condition with no major rust or rot. The interior is in fair condition and shows only light wear with no tears on the seats. The steel utility body provides plenty of storage options for tools and materials. All storage boxes are solid but a few boxes have surface rust on the floors. A few boxes have interior toolboxes and shelves. All tires appear to be in fair, workable condition. No warning lights are illuminated on the dash. Great truck that you could hop in and get right to work. This truck was very expensive when new and appears to have been maintained very well and is very presentable. We bought this truck directly from First Energy as they were rotating their fleet. At 195K this truck has been ran but it is functioning as it should and appears to be have been maintained well! This truck has been used so please expect small damages, surface rust and imperfections. Please view all pictures and attached video for an accurate representation of the truck.
