    The car runs and drives but if you turn it off it will not restart for about 30mins to an hour. When it runs for about 30 mins it will sometimes stall out when you put it in gear or are at a light. I think it needs apex seals and a complete rebuild but and am not a rotary engine mechanic. So i would say the car needs to be tow if you are traveling over 20mins. Thanks
