UPDATE. It's a blown head gasket. Not a locked up motor. I pulled the plugs out and water leaked out of one of the cylinders. Motor easily spins over. They were repairing the head gasket and abandoned project. 1996 Chevrolet Express Custom Conversion. Cobra Edition. 89k miles. Does not run. Appears they began to repair and then abandoned the project. I do not have the parts, but parts are easy to obtain. Radiator, Alternator, AC Compressor, and Power Steering pump. The overhead TV has been removed and replaced with TV's in the seats. No factory radio. Some scratches and paint chips on the lower body kit. (see pics) Donated to charity. I bought from the charity auction. Easy 350 v8. Interior is complete and very nice. Tires are good. Body is good, minor scrapes and scratches. I sold my last 2 for over k each. Just bought a mini school bus too. Perfect for parts or project. No Reserve. Please, no more non paying bidders.
