Vehicle Details
1985 K5 restored in last 3 years (body was removed from frame), replaced all body mounts, new carpet, dash, seat covers ( drivers seats were removed and replaced with Highback seats and need new covers to match) Engine is a 350 from a 97 Silverado, bored, high compression pistons and mild cam. Sounds great!! Transmission rebuilt and transfer case resealed. Over 20k invested. Everything works, but passengers side window is slow.
Other than correct seat covers for front seats (I can replace the covers for the cost of the new material) it needs a radio (wiring in place, I’ve just always listened to the exhaust) and some tuning (idle drops when put into gear, suspect a small vacuum leak has developed)
